Hi can anyone recommend any shampoo or condtioner or other tips for thin hair. At the moment i use pantene full and thick and it helps. I have greasy hair so i dont really want any tips on using mousse as this just makes my hair lank and it gets greasy even more. But if anyone can suggest any products they use would be brilliant.

I use Dove and would reccomend that. I think you can take vitamin B6 (def B vitamin but not sure on the number!), which helps thicken your hair naturally. Hope you have fun trialling out everyones reccomendations!

Sunsilk do a good shampoo and conditioner for fine hair. (Think it's the purple one) and they are really cheap. MOP products will probably help you as they are all organic, and don't make your hair greasy. I have tried some of these and they are good. They do lemongrass lift spray which you spray on dry hair at the roots and use a brush to give your hair some lift. There is also a lemongrass shampoo and conditioner if you want the full range! As I said, it is good stuff, but I had to buy mine online as I couldn't find a shop that sells it.

Try Charles Worthington full volume products. They do everything from shampoo and conditioner to lots of styling products. You can even get the little take away mini sizes from Boots so if you don't like them, you're not stuck with a big bottle. I use the volumising spray with velcro rollers for big hair.
