It seems like its probably a cold, but always keep a close eye. My middle child seems to get pneumonia easily, and she does NOT exhibit the usual signs. She gets what seems to be a cold, but with a very low grade fever (99 or so). She doesn't act any differently either. I have learned now that if what seems like a cold does not go away within a week or so, I have them give her a chest x-ray. But that is only because of her past history of pneumonia.

Usually with pneumonia you will cough up some dark yellow or green junk. It sounds like your daughter might have the beginnings of a cold. Just keep an eye on her and if you have any doubt, then call her doctor.

i think that if you see a doctor your question will be answered in a more professional manner. the doctor will always know the difference between a cold and pneumonia.

She definitely has just a cold, a weak one or the flu, because if she had Pneumonia, she'd have blue lips, be shaking really badly, & would require medical attention fast.

if youu r unsure, go to the doctor and get checked for pneumonia. my aunt had to go to the emergency room, she felt fine one moment, then bam! she was at the hospital. luckily she was given treatment.
