loose more weight by May 15th?i've already lost about 80 over the course of 2 years,but I still want to loose 15 more pounds by May 15th.I've been doing 1/2 hour of cardio in the AM and 15-20 in the PM.

I eat my whole grain starches early in the morning and alot of protein/veggies/water throughtout the rest of the day.Do you think this will work?

It sounds like you're on a healthy track. I don't know how close you are to your target weight, but the weight generally comes off more slowly as you get close to your target weight. Keep doing what you're doing! Congratulations! Be sure to only eat when you're hungry, and stop when you're not hungry anymore. You need less food than you think!

I'm sorry, but I have to disagree with Paul...at least for me, having carbs at night makes me gain weight. Carbs are better earlier in the day when you have a chance to burn them off.
