The painting is called "Rose" and it is an oil on panel painted in 2003 by Mark Ryden as part of his miniature series called "Blood". The painting is only 3.5" by 4.5". There are 97 Mark Ryden pieces currently on offer on ebay. Unfortunately, "Rose" doesn't seem to be a among them. Still, yo might want to browse:
