It's definitely ok for her to do exercises while trying for the baby. It's even ok for her to continue after she gets pregnant, however her doctor will tell you to make sure the excercise is safe. Pregnant women don't have as great of balance, so md will tell you to stop things like bike riding, skiing, etc. Anything that she could fall from, or seems dangerous

My pal, there is not any longer something to experience embarrassment approximately. the secret's which you truly prefer to handle it. this is the final element. i understand you're up there in weight for a woman your length, so dont try any rapid diets. you have further the pounds over years, so that is going to take the time to return off. Take it sluggish and paintings it slowly. considering you're seen heavily obese, you will desire to be waiting to get some help out of your well being care expert. I prefer you success and save your head up.

She should be able to do anything that she has normally been doing, pregnancy shouldn't stop her. There are professional bareback bronc riders on the pro rodeo circuit that ride well into their pregnancies and those babies are fine!

Exersize can actually help with conception- the more active she is, the higher her endorphins go, all helping the body produce the needed hormones for conception.
Good luck!

Yes. Exercise is good for the body. She may need to cut back in her second and third trimester.
