Detox at home off benzoids.?

Anyone aware of a somewhat comfortable way to detox off valium? IDr. says I will have to ride it out. No insurance and need to be off the med asap.

Yahoo has several groups for people who are trying to get off Benzos. Check in with them.

It takes an amazing amount of time. Last time i tried , I was hallucinating.

A long period of not using should do the trick.
