i have dance soon for 5 hours but i am so tired. any ideas to wake me up??!!

Ginseng always works well 4 me. U might want 2 try a power drink or any soft drink like Mountain Dew that's full of caffeine. The ginseng is natural & will not hurt U. I have worked 10hours a day & after work drive 400 miles ( on the weekends ) This combination always kept me awake without the jitters. Hope this helps U or gives U something 2 think about.
