you most likely wont find then. they arent allowed to use chat servers messenger is extremely limited and monitored. every single message is scanned and read, cant risk and info leak.the isps they use run really slow because of all this so it would be pretty hard to chat

Forums like this are pretty good. That and email. We have to go to MWR facilities to do the whole chat thing.

if you go to yahoo 360 there are several people with blogs that then have links to other daily posting [where you can reply] from what I have read not totally sure that everyone is truly over there BUT maybe they are just natural moaners.
