We've dated a couple of times. On the most recent one, she invited me back to her place after a night on the town. SHe initiated physical contact, I responded, things were progressing...then she abrubtly stopped. She asked what I was intending. We cuddled a little after that, but things had definitely come to an abrupt halt. What gives??????

she could be scared! I don't think that she would initiate physical contact unless she had some kind of attraction towards you. you take it slow, she might have been in a bad relationship and doesn't know where to start.

What was it you thought should have happened?I can't say what was going on with her,but it sounds like things were going farther than she wanted.Ask her out again.Rome wasn't built in a day.Is she someone you'd like to get to know or just another notch in the belt?

either she is a really strange girl or maybe she just wants to make you fancy her and she is giving everything in bits because she wants to see if u want more of her...or maybe she is not sure enough of what she wants...

She's testing you to see if you just want sex. Asking you wat u planned to do confirms that. She's trying to see if you're a potential bf or if u see her as a one night stand
