They are not scriptures. They are documents that were found in the 1940s, much as the Dead Sea Scrolls were, but for which no supporting documents are found.

Looking at answers below, it's obvious these people have no idea what they are. It would be more self serving for me to say they ARE documented because they purport to contain a prayer from Paul the Apostle, for example. But they are not supported.

Is it supposed to be enlightened to NOT read the documents, but hit thumbs down because you suspect a Christian wrote the answer? Way too transparent.

They don't. Wouldn't want to *** up a good thing. So you know you say evolution is bad, and the Nag Hammadi scriptures aren't real and close your eyes and say no no no no no, I will not think about anything ever again in life because I have found what I want.

they have the same value as any information you receive, worth pondering keeping what seems/feels true to you throw out the rest.

Don't know what they are but I'm sure they are not "Scriptures".
