You want to go live with a guy at the age of 16? Youre dumb. Girl you need to know what youre saying before posting ****, 1st of all. You dont "divorce" a parent
2. You have been going out for a year, Congratulations! Thats not enough, maybe for you, teenager, but 1 year does not mean you can move together yet.
3. Youre way too young
4. Parents are more important than a girl, mothers know whats right for their children and when they can leave, if she doesnt want him to leave, its for a good reason
5. How the hell do you think youre going to pay all of your stuff? I work at burger king serving big fried whoppers, I am a paper maid, Would you like an apple pie with that? Ding fries are done, ding fries are done, steak in a bun, I work at burger king serving big fried whoppers, would you like an apple pie with that?
At 16 there is not much places you can work on, youre not even legal to be a prostitute.
6.Bros before hoes
7.You have to wait until he is 19, you are 18, he has a job and so do you, a real job, not burger king.

He doesn't need to "divorce" his parent...a divorce only occurs when people are legally married.
The only way you can legally live together before you are both 18 is to become legally emancipated, which would mean you would need to hold jobs that show you can pay your basic living expenses in addition to finishing school or getting a GED. This would require you both to consult with an attorney well versed in family law at minimum, will cost several thousand dollars.
No landlord in their right mind will engage in a contract with a minor that is not emancipated as they cannot enforce the rental contract and even if he is 18 and you are not, YOUR parents can force you to return home in most states.
