There's no fast cure. It takes a few months for it to go away, but it can. I had a huge pimple in the middle of my forehead once, and it gave me nasty dark scar. What I did was maintain my daily cleansing routine, -and- learn to ignore it. So cleanse, tone, and moisturize at least twice a day. During the day, drink a lot of water (I cannot emphasize enough how important this is), eat at least one fruit a day (I did at least one apple and one tomato) and at night, do get enough sleep. After a month you should see some improvements. And I did. It was enough motivation for me to keep it up. Eventually the scar went away -- completely. The worse you can do is worry or stress out because then you could have more pimples. Then the blemish problem will never go away. Be patient, take it one day at a time, and try not to think about it too much, okay? So stay healthy and stay happy.

You need to see a dentist and have your teeth professionally cleaned. The products sold in the stores are not that great.
