Spay her. Most bitches are not to happy during their heat cycles, and unless you really want to have puppies and her acting unpleasant twice a year, I suggest you go with the simple solution and have her spayed. Her hormones are making her touchy. If she starts becoming aggressive, don't let her have what she is trying to get, and give one firm NO, not shouted, just said in a calm and collected voice that makes it clear you know you are the boss. Even if she doesn't stop, she got the message that you know you are boss. If she is still causing problems, pick her up and lock her in a room alone for 10 minutes. After these 10 minutes she won't know what she did wrong, so just let her out and act like nothing happened. It is simply time for her to cool down and for things to get back to normal.

Have her spayed. Right now she is like a bratty teenager - having dogs spayed or neutered dramatically changes their behaviours (for the better). For females, being spayed can dramatically reduce the chances of breast cancer (spaying before any heats are best - but obviously your dog has had a few, and the sooner she is spayed the better).

Perhaps you should consider having her spayed, but first get the vet to have a look at her as there may be something that is bothering her. Is there anything that has changed in her environment?

Don't ever alpha-roll a dog, as the above poster has suggested. It has been proven that this is abusive to dogs - it doesn't teach them anything! Also, it's a great way to get yourself bitten. Get her spayed, and hook up with a training class or group so that you can learn how to communicate with your dog.

You need to let him/her know that, that behavior will not be tolerated and make him/her stop it.
One thing that you should do is pin the pomeranian down on her back with her shoulderblades to the ground/floor. Have your hand in the upper chest/ lower throat area, and hold her down until she gives in to you. Do NOT let go until she becomes submissive to you. If you let go before she gives in to you, then she has won and is alpha over you.
This is what alpa dogs do in the wild. The alpa dog has thier teeth right in the throat area and will not back off until the other dog gives in.
