Use an online translator or a dictionary. "Rancho" isn't showing up as a word, but "domingo" is Sunday.

"Sunday ranch" But domingo is also a name, like Santo Domingo (capital of república Dominicana, "saint Domingo") also could be the ranch of Domingo ---->a person with that name.

'Rancho' in military slang (at least in Brazil) is the troops mess, the place they have their meals ( and the eating act itself - ' hora do rancho' = lunch time).
Although we do not speak Spanish but Portuguese I wonder whether it has the same meaning
