A lot do unfortunately. That is because they do not have a complete understanding of the Bible. They truly believe they do and so are greatly misguided in this matter. Years ago before I became a Christian and accepted God and His Son Jesus Christ in my life, I was very much into this stuff. One day I started studying and reading the Bible on my own and gained a totally different perspective on the matter. Well I prayed about it a lot and have come to see my wayward thinking.
I read an interesting article one time on the near death thing. Basically what it was going on to explain is that most of the visions during this time are halucinations from the drugs and anesthesias administered. In other words they are drug induced thoughts. People using some street drugs experience the same things.
My mother had become very ill just before she died. At one point she was near death. In fact there was no pulse or anything. Just as the dr. was getting ready to "pull her around" her heart beat returned tho very weak. She was near death for a bit and experienced no experience from it. Why? Because no drugs were involved.
To believe any of this goes against what the Bible teaches about the word soul.

Yes I do.
I don't think we should try and do this (astral projection). Many new agers are into this and it is not from God.
My christian grandmother had a death experience. She was sick and saw the proverbial garden then she started waving and calling out peoples names, all "dead".

NO, I do believe however that drugs can make you feel differently and even though you cannot see you can hear.
Maybe even not feeling but the last to go is hearing.
When you dream you have like out of body experiences.
Dreaming we are someone else or with a dead loved one.
Combine the two and you can have all kinds of experiences.

Are you possibly using the wrong profile? Did you forget to switch to your non-troll?
I'm not sure but it would almost certainly be considered a gift from the spirit - I knew a Christian woman who did automatic writing and that was considered a gift from the spirit.

. This have a very fine line. Yes it can happen and is not from God. This is from the Devil. Well unless you are a prophet having a vision of God. Be careful going in these direction unless you are very sure of what you believe in
