What do you think, the job is hard but do relationships come
easily to men and women in uniform?????

There is truth in the old saying, that some women 'love a man in uniform'. I've seen women go absolutely ga-ga and make fools of themselves.
Relationships that last are very hard to come by because service men and women are a different breed and not easily understood...or tolerated.

Relationships came easy when I was a cop, but they went even faster. It's hard for a partner to understand the stress of the job not to mention the worry they suffer not knowing if you'll come home.

No. I couldn't get any to save my life when I was in. And women have it easy in this regard anywhere.

Here's what I think - I think you're a lonely teenager with no real life experience and too much time on your hands. If you want to play out your police fantasies, why not do it somewhere else?
