I think they're spreading down my arms. I also have a sore throat(if that's related). They sting and itch when they touch anything.

If you are not smoking pot (which can cause that), it is probably an allergy or a bacterial infection. I would go to the doctor and get it checked out. Poison Ivy is usually pretty dormant this time of year, though you can still get it if you touch the vine in the woods in winter.
I would get this checked out! It must be uncomfortable.
Since you claim by your name you are smoking pot, you are going to have to stop it, because it sounds like you are becoming increasingly allergic to it. Also, teachers and some parents and employers are not entirely stupid, so you will get discovered.
I'm not being judgmental here. I'm not in favor of pot at all, though I smoked it several times in my college days in the early 1970s. Your rash sounds exactly like the one a close relative of mine had a year ago. Back in the 1960s and 1970s we did not get rashes like that. Probably they process pot differently these days. Is it worth the risk?

I like the change. It's very cute on you. Have a nice rest of the weekend and I hope your rash heals.

Well there are a variety of viral illnesses and some bacterial infections that can have an associated rash. It could also be an allergic reaction like poison ivy. If it is spreading it is best to be evaluated by your doctor.
