not sure what you mean I dont thinks its likely you will find pictures of mothers shooting up although I am sure you will images of pregnant mothers smoking and drinking via google and that is also substance abuse

I'm not sure what your question is, but if I understand you, try to google: faces of meth, and you'll see the procession of what people look like at the start of their addiction and how their looks change after months, and years of abuse. Hope this helps.
