Anyways, he won't rot in there, because he's been sentenced to death. He'll be killed by people, not by time.

He's not! February 13, 2006, he appeared in court for sentencing wearing a wooden crucifix around his neck, was sentenced to life imprisonment. Rush appealed this sentence, and on September 6, 2006, his sentence was upgraded to the death penalty.
