The Queen is Queen Sirikit. One of the earlier answers gives Her Highness' formal title. The Thai people love her. In fact, one of the most serious offenses you can commit in Thailand is to make an offensive remark about any member of the Royal Family. There are also many women who are members of the Royal Family of Thailand, but only one with the title of "Queen".

However, Thailand has a lot of queens on the street, some of them are famous some of them are not. I think Ru Paul's surname is SinFaiLam, which shows her royal Thai blood line
