i know him for the past 5 months. we are good friends and go out shortly for shoppings.I like him and i also feel i am special to him.
He is a good flirt and he also agrees that. he had told me he had a girl friend and i belive they are in touch rarely. I wanted to know if he loves me. He asked me recently if i love him in a very funny manner lightly. But i said no to him as i dint want to accept that i like him also i dint know if this is love.I know i lied. how do i ask him or know if he loves me and also how do i trust him as he is already a flirt. I am afraid if i would miss him.

I woud like to add details with respect to your answers.
ya he makes sure that he calls me atleast twice in a week and also meet atleast once in a week.
He had a girlfriend and not anymore they are in relationship though there is no problem b/w them. 3rd not alwyas he just takes just as a friend,sometimes beyond, but he himself call him as a flirt. He says i am also there in his short list of ppl with whom he would fall in love.

he is bit afraid of me.. when he speaks. bcoz if something goes wrong i might cut the friendhsip with him. so may be he is afraid to propose aswell directly and so may behe told the above that i am also in his list as a joke to see my reaction.

If he is scared of losing your friendship with something he will say, then I would say that he likes you. Why don't when y'all are together one day, starting talking in 3rd person. Like tell him you like someone and start describing him and if he asks if he knows him then say i don't know. If he starts guessing, when he gives up tell him it is you and ask him if he likes anybody.

Well the answer is simple. Talk to him. You have to tell him your feelings and find out what his truly are. That is the only way you will know for sure what is real and what isn't. The only way you can find out if he loves you is to talk with him. All of these concerns and questions need to be addressed to this guy cause only he can give you the answers you seek. Good luck!

4 if he does that means ur special to him

Girl no he don't love u, he might like you and maybe he would like to get to know you a little better, and you do not love him either it is infactuation. 5 months is nothing, please believe me. get to know him a little better first see what he talking about for real, see where his head is mentally, men play games and so do we woman. but if you have to ask if you can trust him, you cannot, i am not saying all men are doggs. your woman's intuition is already talking to you....follow your fist mind you will never go wrong.

You already says he has a g/f there is your red flag no he probably doesn't love you when he has someone else in his life, so you should move on and find someone that has no other obligations..
