Hmm. Do crunches for the stomach? Or you can do it on your back, lift up your arms and legs for a few counts, then lower them. Then repeat it a few times.
For the back maybe you can lie on your stomach lift up your arms and legs for a few counts, then do the same, lower them, repeating it a few times.Im not sure for the arms. Using dumbbells?

for your stomach ,lay on your back and "ride the bicycle".After that ,.. then lay flat on the floor and lift your legs up straight,alternating each one. you will feel the muscles in your lower abdomen! tthen do some situps .
I do it and have very good results
