The Corrupted Politicians in India are not punished Properly Because they are the ones who make laws.They have all the army under their control.If the common man does not follow the laws he will be severely punished.They do not wait for the government orders.They have become independent.They make their own laws.
They make use of common people and exploit them and become rich.They have made people their servants.So even if they are send in jail they send out immediately because people help them in realizing.If the people don't do like that they have to face a lot of consequences from politicians.

Because even the judges and the lawyers along with the police are corrupt. Whoever tries to be honest is punished, instead of the politicians. Politicians are big bosses in India.

The corrupted politicians are bears,the power of law in order, Their connections with the police force,lawyer, chief justice etc.
They are enjoying superior power of the country. Who will punish them as properly..?
Moreover, if the police force arrest somebody corrupted politicians
for any other elements, then the such politicians,will issue an
agitation (false) with the more power full politicians or country

they are not punished because of three main reasons
money -leaders have money and they bribe the Jude or the people against him.the power of money is increasing day by day with that the corruption.we read in history the leaders were ready to give their life whereas now a days they don't care of the public and make money.
law- i believe one law should be there that a person with a criminal record or have records pending against should not stand in election.
public-WE THE PEOPLE HAVE RIGHTS. but we don't want to use.we are engrossed in our own world .we can just sit there listen to news and can say many things but can't take an action.we don't want to that's the problem.
