i have a mission to lose 15 pounds.i recenty weight 140,5'3.
i am trying to lose weight in my waist and get abs.
i also want to tone my butt,legs ang arms.i want to look good and fel healthy with a better self- esteem .im also trying to do it before the summer because im going to mexico to visit some family and i dont want them to call me chubby any more i want them to be shocked by my new body.if you have any advice i would appreciate it so much,thank you

First of all stop drinking soft drinks and drink only water. Then eat healthier. Make a salad for lunch and dont use cheese if at all possible. Exercise 3 times a week. Go for a long walk but walk fast, like a power walk. Or if u like to run start running a mile each day. I also take a B-12 vitamin each day with a meal. It speeds up ur metabolism and helps ur burn what u eat. Hope this helps.

i also am trying to get into shape, seems every winter i gain 15 to 20 lbs, i usually don't have a problem loosing it if i stay with my routine: i cut all sugar and refined sugar products out of my diet, next i drink 16 to 32 oz of water a day. i do an exercise routine that targets the areas i have trouble with, hips, thighs, and waist. along with cutting the high carb things way back i try to eat smaller portions gradually, it takes cutting your calorie intake by about 3500 to loose a pound a week. i try for a diet of about 2000 calories then go from there to about 1500 a day gradually, till i am steadily loosing. after that i try to maintain a diet of about 1800 calories a day and keep my exercise routine in place. i also try to take a vitamin supplement several time a week,{i don't like to take them everyday since the tend to make me feel hungry} hope this helps, good luck!!

I cant advise with the exercise but you can go wrong with the GI Diet, its healthy and very effective. You need a book to get started which is just a few $s from Amazon or any book store. I have lost 75lbs in 7 months with it and doing walking for exercise.

i disagree. ive read that if you're want to lose weight, you shouldn't weigh everyday. in my case, i weigh once or twice a month. you shouldn't weigh everyday because you have to 'cheat' your mind. if you're fat youre gonna be thinking that 'i'm fat and i have to lose weight' but if you always weigh, and see that y0u've l0st weight, y0ur brain may have the tendency t0 give signals t0 y0ur b0dy that y0u've l0st en0ugh. if y0u w0nt weigh always, y0ur brain will always think 0f y0ur "GOAL"... an0ther thing... y0u have t0 exercise.. d0 it religi0usly... even if it's just 30 mins everyday, its en0ugh. y0u can walk or j0g. als0, d0nt wear l0ose cl0thes c0z y0ur b0dy will adapt t0 it s0 if its lo0s, y0ur b0dy will think that 'the cl0thing is big and i can maximize the space.' if y0u'll wear fit cl0thes,--- n0t really fit but atleast n0 that lo0se, y0ur b0dy will think that y0u're still fat.

an0ther way is t0 wear fit jeans.. fit b0tt0m... y0ur b0dy will st0p y0u fr0m eating because 0f the signal that y0u're fat.

i w0uldn't advice y0u t0 use diet pills, c0z they usually have side effects... maybe except if y0ur d0ct0r t0ld y0u that its go0d....

first of all you have to weigh yourself every day. congratulate yourself if you lost weight. hide away all sweets and carbs. theyre no good. eat more fruit and vegetables and if you could count calories it would be perfect. take a 30-min walk in the park in the morning
