eventually she's going to be in school with other kids her age and some might be bullies and take things from her just to see her cry and scream.
I would let her cry, shout and scream and not let her have what she wants a few times, tell her NO and let her learn there are other ways to get what she wants.
sounds like a typical two year old that's been spoiled.
I had to do that with my youngest.
feels like you're being mean to them at the time, but it makes things easier on them later when they start pre-school,k-garten and socializing.

You shouldnt be doing anything, its up to your parents to teach her how to behave, you need to remember that she is only two, and is still very much a toddler.....you may have even been like it yourself at that age.....be an example for her, a role model if you will, soon anough will come the time that she will want to act like you anyway...so stand back from it, act your age and maybe try helping out by showing her in the way you act that screaming and crying really gets a person nowhere in life.

whenever she does it, sit her down with her hands folded staring at the wall or corner for like a minute or two. worked for my son, only had to do it for one month and now he behaves much better.
