And also my sack is really itchy, lots of redness and sometimes seems to be seeping liquid as if there are cracks.

The pics you see I only noticed today, but the itchiness has been going on for a few weeks and seeping of liquid about 1/2 that time...

I really have no idea what it is an am hoping somebody can help me out?

Probably just a fungus. Get some antifungual ointment and put it on daily for a few days. Should be gone after a week.

it probably is a fungus and a doctor could prescribe a lotion to kill the bacteria that is growing in this area of your body.
its good place cause it thrives on dimness, humidity and darkness. i forgot the name of the ointment..duh o
its could be a std but only a doctor for sure what you have growing on you or in you.
stay away from all partners male or female until the doc clears you

It could also be Eczema or Impetigo you can look at the pics at this site... maybe see which looks like what you have. It could also be Chaffing. Monostat has a chaffing cream yeah it is a female hygene item, but it works for guys too.
