put his food on his toilet. maybe he just want a change of routine. he don't want to pee or poops on the toilet instead on his food dish, do the same, don't put food on his dish rather put it on his toilet.

Well yes you can take Tweek's food away. Only feed him once a day at a certain time and only leave the food out for like 15 minutes. Watch to make sure he eats, if he starts to play with the food, take it from him. If he seems hungry later, depending on how much he ate, give it back to him but again only for a short amount of time. Teach him food is to eat not to play with.

Enid,

Check out the links below on cat training. Nutro shows you how to use food as a reward.

You know that cats "play with mice" before they kill them.

Perhaps he is stalking mice aka the food dish?

He is working out his predatory instincts to stalk and hunt his meal. Perhaps only put down the food in the morning and in the evening when you are home.

Give him toy mice and other things to take his physical activity and frustration out on. He needs and wants the exercise that he would normally get in the wild stalking mice.

if his food bowl is too small and his whiskers touch the sides he won't like this it make them feel uncomfortable. try feeding him on a plate or larger bowl. this should work
good luck
