ive always wondered wheather boys like girly girls who shop all day or more ambitious girls who actually do stuff other than shoppin?

Hey! I object to your comment concerning "Girly Girls" I'm a girly girl but I'm not high maitinance AND I narrow my shopping down to once a week! So HA. lol. Okay put my foot in it.....but anyways, in answer to your question I think it depends on the guy. We're all different and have different tastes (ha, no pun intended) yes, genrally, men are attracted to women full stop, but some guys do prefer girls who are girly and others prefer non girly girls.
A point: Do what I do, take care of your appearance, love being female and also get into sports or something of the like. It is possible to be both girly and sporty. Besides, you'll find a guy who will love you for your personality, your talents, your appearance and your character. So no worries.

Curious definition - a girly girl is one who shops all day. I would have said a girl girl is a girl who likes pretty things, is romantic, sweet, caring, likes to sew, etc.
Ambitious girls are fine. As for being sporty, I don't particularly care for sports (unless you consider hiking a sport), although it is fun to play tennis and volleyball with females. It's all a matter of personal taste, I'm afraid.

Eh, for every guy it's different, just as for every woman it's different. Some guys like more feminine women, and some like more aggressive women, it's all a matter of taste.......that being said, I'm gonna say more often than not guys tend to lean toward the girlier girl side, It's tough to be out on a date with a chick who can burp louder than you AND drink you under the table, thats just wrong on so many levels....

They ahve the best jobs and lots of money. Lets destroy the myth of the nerd ambitious woman and the girly one. They can go great together

Definitely girls whose lives consist of more than just shopping!
I think most guys prefer a well rounded girl.....someone who can be proper and girly but also will throw on a baseball cap and get her hands dirty. A well rounded person is always more interesting.

I liek girls who both take pride in their appearance and like to do girly things but also Know where their priorities lie.I mean,I don't do the whole sports thing myself but If she does then it's a not a relationship deal breaker.I generally gravitiate towards girls who love music,because I do myself.And ambition IS essential,no ditzy girls for me.
But I'm only one guy.

it all depends on the guys taste..some guys like girly girls and some guys cant stand a girly girl...some guys like sporty outgoing girls and other cant stand them...it all depends on what the guys like but the best thing to do is to be yourself be however you feel more comfortable being and if a guy is going to like you he will like you how you are...

My opinion is that guys generally like girls who have a bit more substance than shop till you drop, however, they also like their girls to be feminine and not so sporty, except in the bedroom.
