It sounds very much like your cat has gotten into something toxic and needs to be seen by a Vet ASAP.
Every second counts, get to the Vet now!

I am sure she got into something. She needs to go to the vet immediately. I used to have a cat that did that all of the time. At the vets, they will give her a special charcoal that will neutralize chemicals. Or, if it is something she swallowed, they will do an x-ray and then advise you on whether they think it will pass or whether she needs surgery. The faster you get her there the better. Good Luck! I hope she doesn't turn into a kitty like my Alex did. He got into chemicals, and swallowed a needle and thread and so many more things. Oh, one time, he drank liquid pot pourri.

This is maybe not what happened with your cat but the same symptoms happened to my cats as well. In my case it was because of the exceptional batch of organic catnip I grew that year. I had never seen such huge, tight buds on catnip ever. I gave some to friends one of which took her cat to the vet never associating it to the kittypot. They drooled heavily and showed all the normal reactions as well but to a very exagerated level. I had to have them refrain from the buds and just gave them leaves from then on. I have always had a green thumb but never seen anything like this.
