Are there any ways you can make yourself sneeze?

I'm sick and congested and I wish I was sneezing more. Is there a way I can tickle my nose to make myself sneeze or something?

i make myself sneeze all the time. simply twist the end of a peice of tissue or toilet paper... twist it so the corner is pointed, and insert it into your nose. it will ticket the inside of your nose, and you will sneeze in a few seconds.

the best thing to use if your congested is Saline (salt water). You can purchase it at any store or just make it in your kitchen... dont add to much salt to the water, and just put a few drops in each nostril. It will break everything up... you know how much you nose runs when you cry real hard... its from the salt water in you tears! Hope you have a tissue handy, though! Feel better.

I'll suggest pepper or water instead. but if u're congested, u'll be better take a nose drop/spray that will make u relief. putting things into ur nostrils when u're cold will only make them terrible.

safest way use a cotton ear bud it tickles as you gently twist-roll it with your thumb and finger in your nose i can guarantee you will start to sneeze

yeah, pepper. trust me, you just need to sniff up a bit of pepper, and you're sneezing like hell.

Stare directly into the sun...do not sniff pepper...IT HURTS if it gets too high up there!
