Consumers are seeking variety, "new" flavors, good presentation and, sometimes, a little spiciness in prepared foods. As a result, three trends are clearly developing.

Fried Chicken...got to be crispy and not bland. The kids in my neighborhood can smell it cooking and next thing I know I got 20 teenagers sitting in my living room waiting to eat.

Teenagers where? What teenagers like in America will be different from those of Africa, for instance. In my African country, rice, fried plantain and "junks" are the teens' delicacies.

Hot samosa with chatny, puri, Futchka, Chart, Kabab, Faluda, khir, Pizza, Pasta, Rice noodles, most of all ICE -CREAM.

all different kinds of sandwiches like hoagies, bagels, and wraps with different fillings like cheese or turkey or blt.
Also pizza always seems to do the trick.
