Enlightenment is a state of brain hemisphere synchronisation. It is the perfect balance between left and right hemispheres which leads to simultaneous and synchronistic breathing through both nostrils together. The unenlightened breathe through their nostrils alternating one then the other. Every time there is a change, they breath together for a short time. Enlightenment leads to breathing through both nostrils together permanently.

the period where people "got out of the box"....started thinking more logically.. it's just after the renaissance... during the renaissance, people were into humanism-literature, art, philosophy..etc.. but then because of the black plague, half of Europe died and those that stayed alive believed that god saved them and they went back to the dark ages... during the enlightenment, people started to get out of the box, be more logical, scientific... if something happenedto back it... it was when Newton proved the law of gravity and lig it's not because god wanted it to...there was a logical reason ht, another scientist proved that planets revolve around the sun mathematically etc.. people had "tea parties" and discussed their ideas and beliefs..they became more liberal.
