Just do it, like the Nike commercial does. Once working out becomes a habit, it wort be hard to find the motivation to go. Congratulations that you are on the way to your fitness goal!

Noone should need to tell you to go to the gym. It should be a fun experience, something you look forward to. Try puttinga post-it note on the mirror saying something like, "Gte your fat *** to the gym". A friend did this as a motivator and it became a little joke with himself, but he kept going and really made progress.Another motivator was the cost of the gym membership. He figured he had to go at least three times a week to make the annual fee worth the cost.

You need to vary the routine if you go every day. Maybe do weight training on alternate days, and more "cardio" stuff on alternate days. Hey, if you paid for it, don't waste it. Utilize the tools to make you feel better.
