It depends. If it's the original Lipton Tea, then I'll put 5. But since I've been using that new sugar called, Splenda, that taste like sugar but it doesn't have any calories, I use 1-2. And I drink the Orange Spice Lipton Tea. Sounds good right?

I like 1 1/2 teaspoons in regular Lipton tea...or honey in chamomile or spiced tea.
