A valentine date in a box or a present?
Me and my boyfriend live over 1000km away from each other (he had to move for college and I couldn't go with because of my college arrangements) and I'm not able to visit him and nor is he able to visit me for valentines day...
I am thinking of making him a date in a box, including; A little bottle of champagne and a petite glass, tea candles, matches, a home made dinner coupon and some mints. Then for 'after dinner' a romantic movie, chocolates, microwave popcorn, a cute mug and some hot chocolate... and a bottle of chocolate body paint...
What do you think? Too much? Too little? Just pathetic..?
I really need your advice...
Or if you would prefer a present, what type? I have no idea what to give to a guy for valentines and I want to make it special for him...

it really depends on ur guy, and of all people u should know him the best. But considering u live 1000 km away from him, and the fact that I held up a relationship for 4 years from over 4000 miles away!! I'd say u don't have many options for the present. what u already have in mind sounds plenty! its not how many things u get him its what u get him. the more different things u include in the package, i'd say the more its going to move away from the point. whatever u send him be sure to include a CARD, and express ur true feelings in there and tell him how ur spending your valentines day.

Too much for a guy by himself. A bottle of cologne and a card that says how you feel. P.S. Guys like sexy/funny cards 3 to 1 over romantic cards. I don't know why.

I'd take the date in a box. be sure you have a little bottle of champagne for yoursefl so you can drink together alibet on the phone.
