Okay, well the answer to your first question is, billions of dollars wasted on a war which got each country nowhere and led Saddam to eventually invade Kuwait. Iran enjoyed a 'white revolution' then went back to extremism, employing a raving ayatollah who called for pointless war against saddam. US intelligence helped Saddam's forces when they were losing, but it bogged down and soon it was over.
The answer to your second question, because you probably used some 'hot words' and the Yahoo censor team will censor your question if you use too many of them. Put a dot (.) in front of your question if you are having problems.

You should ask this of Yahoo on the forum link that is at the very bottom of the categories on the left side of your screen. You will most likely get the same old "according to community guidelines" meaningless dribble. I have been censored by them so many times now it is getting old. Good luck to you my friend.
