Loosing weight is mostly about diet. Eat more filling foods (high fiber) and less calorically dense foods. Eat your meals at least 5 hours apart, and don't eat for 5 hours before you go to bed. (It takes some getting used to, but that way you can be losing weight all night)

if u do not have time to exercise then try eating healthier.U can also cut out all the cokes and just drink water. I take a B-12 vitamin everyday to it speeds up ur metabolism.

Cut out carbs...I lost 50 pounds this way...three years ago...now I exercise regularly to keep it off and eat a variety of good foods, it sure worked for me.

never ever say that u aint got no time for exercise. alway think, if the doctor told you you only have three months to live, but your life can be prolonged if you exercised for 30 minutes everyday, will you still have no time for exercise?
