I am very excited about my life after death. Not that i want to go there really fast because I am enjoying this life. There are many descriptions of Heaven in the Bible and Jesus said "I go to prepare a place for you" this was 2,000 years ago so it will be awesome. He also made the provision to get there.
Proverbs 16:25 There is a way that seems right, but...
There is only one "truth" just as mathmatics has absolutes.
I hope to see you there so that we can enjoy what we have.

It is not different than I think, I learned it from the bible.
1Cor.15:22-28,51-53;
As in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive,
The heavenly first for the new heavens and the earthy for the new earth.
Heb.9:27;
It is appointed unto man once to die and after this the judgement. 2Cor.5:10; Rom.14:9-12; Philip.2:5,9-12;
Rev,20:1-6,12,13; No Satan for 1000 years.
The heavenly first resurrected for the new heavens are with Jesus, to resurrect the earthly for the new earth.
Eph.2:7; 3:21; The world with Jesus is without end. John 3:16; 2Pet.3:13; All made new
Rev.21:1-5, 8 the second death. Rev.20:7-10; The final cleansing, end 1000 years all
perfect for the paradise of God.Rev.2:7;

Yes, it has occurred to me. How about you?
Sometimes I think we evolve to another form of awareness, where we are literally with those who went on ahead. That the awareness is total - we are able to see/know all that has happened.
Sometimes I think - our energy is absorbed into the atmostphere and it is responsible for global warming or hurricanes
Sometimes I think - our waste is absorbed and spread within the earth and we are regenerated into the form of viruses to see if we can kill off humans faster
Sometimes I think - our energy is sucked back to the planet we came from so we can give our report.

6.5 billion people on this planet, the largest group is 2.1 billion christians. There are many other beliefs, each with their own 'what happens when we die story'. About 1.1 billion atheists.
Whichever group is right doesn't really matter; it means that the other groups (whatever they are) consisting of most humans is wrong.
There is a very good chance that the majority of humanity is going to get a big surprise when they die. Well, that is, if there WERE something. I don't think there is.

What happens after death (or at death, for that matter) can range from anything to shooting off to heaven or down some galactic tunnel towards another plain of existence.
However, logically, it makes most sense to believe we will simply CEASE TO EXIST.

Yes. I think the human mind is incapable of conceiving what God has in store for us. Paul described our thought process as "seeing through a glass darkly" God's way is not our way and his thoughts are not our thoughts.
I wonder, will we be bored? The descriptions in the bible are just some human's attempt at describing what God has shown to them. Death could be the ultimate adventure.

I have confidence that YHVH has told us the truth in the Scriptures. To be sure it is way different from what most people think! the dead rest in graves until the resurrection. The "righteous" (who accept the Messiah's gift of righteousness) are resurrected to life eternal. The first 1000 years of that is in Heaven (discussing the justness of every judgment of YHVH). After 1000 years the "wicked" are raised. They are still rebellious. They try to attack the city. They are totally destroyed by fire which comes down to purify the earth and remove sin and sinners. Then YHVH makes the earth anew, and very good.

there are so many religions, that speculate on what happens after death. all these religions have a different explanation or story.
rather than assuming 1 of them is right, it is my opinion that it is most likely that none of them are right. (im not saying theres no life after death). one thing is definately true, they cant all be right.
