Really, she is the one that you should be asking. But If you did just come out and say it she might think your a pervert and that all you want from her is sex. I think you should keep your hands to yourself for a while longer.

as much exciting as it may sound too you..its only been three weeks so make sure you dun go too far. Since you say its love and not lust, make sure you ask her first. Cuz you wont want to lose her.
