I like this guy in my class and we used to be really good friends. We worked together on all of our projects and group- work. Then one day, he said he wanted to work with someone else on this project. He sits right behind me and we talk some, but it's not like it was. The other day I saw him at the dance hanging out with this other girl and I was getting really jelause. He didn't even glance at me when he walked by. How can I make him like me?

You can't make anyone love you. You can control them into being with you - but love is a freedom, a choice that each person makes. To make him means that you want to take away his own freedom in order to be with you. Is this really what you want to do?
If he is with someone else right now - then let it go. You can still be his friend. Look at why you are jealous and think if it's fair to him. It doesn't sound like he lead you on, or gave you a false hope. Instead he wanted to be your friend and to hang out with him.
A lot of times, at this age, romances aren't forever anyway. That doesn't try to mean you should break his up - just to step back. If you are meant to be with him then it will happen. But accept the fact that it may not.
If you begin to obsess about this one guy you are limiting both you and him. Instead, find out what other possibilities are open to you.

You cant MAKE someone like you.they have to do it in their own time.if they dont then maybe its not supposed to happen.just keep looking.if he does have an interest in you,when he sees you flirting with other guys hell get jealous..if not just forget about him.
