your body is storing fat from the little bit of food you are eating try eating little but often till you build up your appetite again

The reason you're overweight is because you're consuming more calories than you're burning off. Get to the gym, reduce your fatty intake and you'll be much healthier for it.
You're an obese 22.5 stone, just what is your appetite?
You're killing your body, no wonder you feel nauseous. Start treating your body with respect and it'll love you back. It's the only one you've got.
It's time for you to make a serious lifestyle change.

Firstly hi, could be gland problem, but you do need to eat something light, if youre like me i cant eat breakfast, but make myself drink 2 glasses of water when i get up in the morning, and just eat soup or fruit for my lunch, and dinner, eggs on toast or something. Certainly see your doctor if nothing changes.

If you are a girl , i would say preganant? That or tummy troubles. Go see your doctor and see what they say.
