Your question fills me with horror, you said the UK Immigration Department wouldn't issue you with a passport. That makes you either a football hooligan or someone who would be unable to look after themselves on their own.
Either way, if you do manage to get a fake passport and get to Germany, why don't you stay there!

Try The home office,i am sure they can give you a fake passport so that you can enter any country you like,while you are it they will also give you a free house,a new car and a job for £45000 a year.all you have to do in return in vote for Labour.
