God is loving and caring and has nothing to do with our suffering. If you will remember, Adam and Eve were created in the beginning and put into a beautiful garden where there was no suffering and they were given everything. Suffering comes from our sin and how we use our free will. The devil is where suffering comes from, not God. Sometimes we are put through trials by God to bring us to a place in our life that we should be, but He doesn't cause our suffering, we do by the choices we make.

Islamic teachings say a couple of things when you have a calamity befall you:

Everything good and bad is from God. Since this life is nothing but a test of faith, good and bad all take place within the knowledge of the Creator to test your faith to the maximum. Therefore God is not good nor bad.

That's to do with natural calamities and fateful events tho.

In the event that you get hurt due to another mans behaviour, common sense dictates that you cant blame anyone but yourself or the man depending on the event.

Islam dosen't even say anything about suffering... well maybe except being in hell!! Are problems considered as suffering?! cause if you think it does... Its not! Because got will only test us if he knows that we can handle it.. If you are able to solve it... than you will achieve extreme happiness.. because God says that "We will raise your burden from your back and you will achieve great happiness".... Alkisah...
