Would like to work of the DOC in NZed.... Also, anyone know about similar oportunities in Europe, like the Alps or Andora?

There are only a small amount of huts that have wardens, so you would be going after one of maybe 50 jobs, which would have massive competition for them. Most of the wardens who work in the huts have worked there for years and years.
They also much prefer to employ kiwis for those sort of jobs

Hiya,

Actually over the summer months DOC often employs overseas people on the Great Walk Tracks. Contact DOC WWW.doc.co.nz.
Just remember not to be a strict policeman and piss off the local trampers who know the rules and etiquette of N.Z tramping. It'll piss them off no end!
