There are two typical answers to this. (And yes, people...I've read this part).
The first answer is that the children of Adam and Eve married each other again and again to produce tons of people. This of course in modern science would provide retardation and defects. But most will give the answer that since Adam and Eve were perfect their dna could mix without complications.
The second answer pretty much contradicts what people are always saying. People always say they descended from Adam and Eve. Well the only other answer is that there where tons more people created and Adam's children married these people. Which would throw the whole we were created from two people theory out the door.

Well the Bible does indicate there were "Sons of God" and they took wives from the daughters of men, so there's a gene pool.
The only sexuality specifically forbidden by God is Adultery and Coveting.
Now adultery can be defined loosely or literally. But God did not forbid, for example, fornication by specific edict. That comes from man.
There are citations in the Bible about incestuous activities, but they are not made to look like this is a thing to do.
Under the scientific theories, incest or sex with animals would be required to make us what we are. Does anything think that magically "apes" spawned 10,000 Neandrethals in one season and they went off and had sex with each other? That's a pretty outragious concept. The genes would change in one initially or only a few and they wouldn't be aware of this change. So man-ape would mate with ape until such a time as genetics made that impossible through incompatiblities.

In the beginning was only one Adam, From Adam came Eve and if She came from Him Doesn't this makes Eve His daughter? There were no other people then. Yes in the beginning there was incest until the law was introduced in Exodus.

Adam and Eve were the biblical way of explaining the birds and bees. Also God created Eve from Adams rib, meaning it was meant that it took two persons to be as one. But God created each to be a whole person. They were not 'born'! (Makes me wonder where their sons found wives.)

In fact Adam and Eve were not the only man and woman at that time but the most significant couple amongst the people at that time;so nothing that stupid you are thinking had happened.

" .ewww! "
That's pathetic !
Survival of the species is everything.
If you were in the position of being the only two people left, you'd do the same.
The questioner assumes that Adam and Eve were actually real.

The Bible isn't all literal. When it was written, there was much less knowledge and all peoples have origin stories. The Bible happens to contain a widely known and popular version.

I always took these verses to mean that God created more that just Adam and Eve. Just he chose to focus on them for His purposes.
Genesis Chapter one:26 Then God said, “Let us make people£ in our image, to be like ourselves. They will be masters over all life—the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, and all the livestock, wild animals,£ and small animals.”
27 So God created people in his own image;
God patterned them after himself;
male and female he created them.
28 God blessed them and told them, “Multiply and fill the earth and subdue it. Be masters over the fish and birds and all the animals.” 29And God said, “Look! I have given you the seed-bearing plants throughout the earth and all the fruit trees for your food. 30And I have given all the grasses and other green plants to the animals and birds for their food.” And so it was. 31 Then God looked over all he had made, and he saw that it was excellent in every way. This all happened on the sixth day.
