i do not imagine so, on condition that you or your spouse are a British citizen. See link below for added element, yet right that's slightly i have copied from the information superhighway website: you are able to note for a British passport if you're a: British citizen British distant places territories citizen British distant places citizen British subject British nationwide (distant places) British chance-free man or woman and extra down the web page: Being born interior the united kingdom does not acceptable now supply you British citizenship. in case you've been born after 31 December 1982, you'd be a British citizen if both your father or mom* turned right into a British citizen or became 'settled' interior the united kingdom once you've been born. regularly you'd be a British citizen in the experience that your father or mom* became born or naturalised interior the united kingdom.

why do you need a British passport? does your country not have a passport system? if you think that by getting a British passport you are then entitled to live in the UK you are wrong I'm afraid, it has to be the other way around. you need to become a British citizen before you will be entitled to buy a British passport.

Application depends on whether you are already a British citizen or not, in which case you need to satisfy requirements in such as marriage to a British citizen or length of residency in the UK.

You need to look at the home office website which has lots of information:
http://www.homeoffice.gov.uk/passports-and-immigration/passports-and-immigration/?view=Standard

lol funny question...have you ever been to the UK legally with a job? Married a British citizen? Else...I advice you not to seek for asylum cuz...that damages the image of your country to the rest of the world!!...by the way, why do you need a UK passport? Traveling becomes easier...but you can do the same with that from EU, America, Canada, Japan etc. Else, you need to INVEST/// now thats a lot of money I am talking about...and in pounds.
