All alcohol is converted into sugar once you digest it, something alongside the strains of 70 energy in step with ounce or so. the main suitable beverages could be something that provides no added sugar like a nutrition regimen coke or something with rum.

all alcohol has suger in it..
in the Philippines I have seen San Miguel Beer mixed with soda pop. It has an unusual taste but the women love it as it kills the taste of the beer..serve chilled for extra flavor.
have you tried a wine spritz..?? very refreshing and their are several that use fruit juices...but be careful as these have loads of sugar.
I had a friend who would use a slice of lemon with chilled water and some artificial sweetner and a little vodka...to make the drink w/ alcohol...use a cherry for garnish and a paper unbrella will make you look like your are having a party..lol...

all alcohol is made with sugar , look at a bottle check the vol 42 ,40 ,35 , and so on, beer strong can be as much 7 vol and some higher its the volume that then takes over, the lower the vol least sager conversion , most times the mixers contain more straight sugar , so by reading the bottle you can work it out yourself

Its catch 22 Im afraid. Although strong alcohol such as Strong Lagers,Gin or Vodka has most of the sugar turned to alcohol, the calories in the alcohol are 'empty' anyway. i.e. the body cannot use it directly, so it turns the alcohol into sugar!

Vodka with diet coke or slim line tonic. Or there are the low sugar bacardi breezers around at the moment - they taste good but not sure how 'low fat' they really are?

Least sugar?
Most of the distilled hard liquors have no carbs, thus no sugar (whiskey, vokda, rum, brandy).
Mix those with a diet softdrink and viola! No sugar hard drink.
Booze is kind of like soda. If it tastes sweet, then it is probably loaded with sugar.

As far as I know, hard liquor generally has little to no sugars, or carbs. You have to be willing to drink them straight though, and no flavored stuff.
According to my father (who knows alot about liquor) all hard liquors are naturally sugar free. Its when you dilute them that that goes away. How and why that is I don't know, its science crap... and I was never into that.
