Is there ever a permanent cure for Mallasesia in Westies?

I tried everything. Has anyone ever pemanently cured theirs?

I have seen some results with a combination therapy of anti-yeast anti-fungal baths twice a week and Ketoconazole orally (dogs need to have their bloodwork checked before and while on this med to monitor liver function and platelet counts). Heres a good website about this type of treatment.
