We all know exercising the arms leads to big bulgy biceps (my awesome biceps being proof), but aren't ab crunches and stuff (which I've been doing lots of for months) supposed to trim you down in the middle? My tummy's rock freakin' hard, but it ain't getting any smaller! In fact, I reckon it's bulking up, just like my arms. Am I just doing the wrong exercises?

No....crunches should not bulk you up....or slim you down for that matter. The bulge in the belly is cause by fat, not muscle. Your stomach muscles can grow when resistance is added. Do you take any supplements? This might be it. Back off the abs exercises a bit, do more cardio. You should be ok.

It may be that you´re doing the "wrong" sort of ab exercises, concentrate on the ones that require you to suck your belly in while exercising.
