ive not had my flight details emailed to me yet, ive tried calling the phone lines and they tell u to go to the website for all questions, and then hangs the phone up! i cant get through to a person to ask abt getting it sent to me. i clicked past the confirmation code by accident.

You can't talk to any one at ryanair- that's why it's so cheap- they don't need to pay staff etc. You could try contacting your nearest airport, and there might be a Ryanair Rep there. That's the downfall with Ryanair, when something goes wrong its reeeeaaalllyy hard to sort it out!! and missiing out on the confirmation code as well won't make things easier!

What number did you call? If you haven't already, try calling one of these numbers:

Reservation Call Centre: 0871 246 0000
Internet Support: 0905 566 0000

You obviously gave an incorrect email address when you booked.

ryanair is the worst airline ever. iv had nothing but problems and i know loads of ppl that had diff probs too.i know its cheap but its not worth it. when i moved to england to do a post grad, my nearest airport was newcastle and hour and half from me, and only flights from newcastle to get me home were r.a, i hated using them, and avoided if i could. only used newcastle airport when i was desperate, i always tried to go to manchester which was 4 hours away instead so i could get diff airline home, i couldnt always avoid it though.

keep trying and dont give up , i know ryanair is notoriously bad for dealing with problems and its paying customers , but they will have to deal with it somehow

as far as i can tell, you can't. i almost bought tickets from them once but decided not to because of that. they don't seem reliable.
has the money been taken off your account already? if not it might not have gone through. if it has, try the airport, maybe they'll be able to help (although i doubt it).

look in the phone book , get the customer complaints number or go direct to head office , or go on recall on your computer, check help for your computer model
